If you are an Australian Defence Force member or employee, requesting access is a single step process. Provide your defence.gov.au email address on the 'Request access' screen and you will receive a one-time password with instructions to complete your registration within the next 24-48 hours.

If you have a defence.gov.au email id and are a contractor to the ADF, you will need to provide your contract end date to receive access within the next 24-48 hours. Please note, you will need to email a copy of the contract to ais.web@defence.gov.au.

If you do not have a defence.gov.au email id, please fill in your details on the login form, and our team will get in touch with you.

Please contact AIS-AF with details such as the product you require access to, the reason and the period for which you require access. We will get in touch with you.

 

Yes. Please login and submit the Request products form to request for out of cycle products.

 

No. AIS products are free for Australian Department of Defence authorised users.

No. The products will be available on the AIS-AF site eight days prior to cycle date.
